	Building - help plan the building process.
	Site Selection - be involved with choosing building sites for homes.

	Development - aid in fund raising, write grants, secure donations of materials.
	Family Nurture - support families through the process of becoming homeowners.
	Church Relations - help increase participation of the local faith community.
