Service Description

If it is gently used and still has lots of life and love to be had, we would love to take these items! We will come to your home or business to pick up gently used items for NO CHARGE. Please keep in mind that these items need to be still usable, for example: -Furniture items without stain(s)/damage/rip(s)/peeling/odors on them -tools, small and large appliances, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, gardening, home decor, carpet, unused tiles and so much more! However, we do have some restrictions due to liability and excessive cost of disposal: -Mattresses/box springs, even if in original wrapping-the health dept. does not allow resale of these items. -Televisions of any kind -Damaged furniture or building materials-stained, missing pieces, falling apart, etc. -Clothing of any kind/age/quality, shoes, bedding, towels, toiletries. -Wood that is full of *excessive (10 or more) * nails that can pose a safety hazard for customers/staff -Tires of any kind/age/quality-we cannot sell due to risk they pose to the safety of our customer -severely rusted metal items -paint that has not been properly sealed, frozen, mixed with other chemicals, etc. If it is still usable we can take it. -NON-working fridges. *$20 disposal fee for any non-working fridges that have been picked up or dropped off even mini fridges, this is what we are charged to dispose of them properly. Lastly, please keep in mind that the pickup staff does respectfully reserve the right to refuse donations at any time due to safety/damage/functionality/etc. Please keep in mind that we are a charity trying to build homes for families, seniors and veterans in need, and the disposal of broken/damaged items is costly. **Please indicate in the provided section the items we will be picking up at your home, so we can plan accordingly, for larger pickups please indicate you have a large donation, so we can assure there will be room in the truck**** We appreciate your donations and look forward to working with you!
